Atas 03 Terms & Conditions — Read Before You Play

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and atas 03 ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, products, and features offered through the atas 03 platform at atas03.net as well as any related applications or services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the atas 03 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement. If you are using the atas 03 platform on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement.

This Agreement takes effect from the date you first use the atas 03 platform and remains in force until terminated in accordance with the conditions set out in this document.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the atas 03 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and while using the atas 03 platform.
• You are legally entitled to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition list maintained by any relevant body.
• You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other person.
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and current.

Atas 03 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad or passport) at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.

Player Account

Each atas 03 player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts for any reason is a serious breach of our terms and conditions. If atas 03 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same player, we reserve the right to:

• Closing all associated accounts immediately.
• Voiding all bonuses, winnings, and rewards earned through those accounts.
• Blocking the player from re-registering in the future.

You are solely responsible for keeping your atas 03 account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. atas 03 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to safeguard your password.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Atas 03 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods exclusively for players in Malaysia:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM30. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). atas 03 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay: 1–3 minutes
• DuitNow: 3–10 minutes
• FPX / Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 1 business day

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. atas 03 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

Atas 03 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of a single account only and are non-transferable.
• Atas 03 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games only — for example, a slots bonus cannot be used for Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League or EPL.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Atas 03 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus programme or promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been activated and are currently in the process of meeting wagering requirements.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the atas 03 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game type. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of a game before placing any bets.

For Sports Betting — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, Thomas Cup badminton, IPL cricket, and other sports — the following rules apply:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under specific circumstances as determined by atas 03.
• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, all related bets will be voided and the wagered amount will be credited back to the player's account.
• Official results announced by the relevant sports governing body are final for the purposes of bet settlement on atas 03.
• In the event of a technical error or significant odds discrepancy, atas 03 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atas 03 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering through the atas 03 platform.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game vulnerabilities (collusion).
• Using insider or unauthorised information to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting.
• Registering an account using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Threatening, attacking, or harassing any atas 03 staff or other players on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the atas 03 platform.

Account Closure and Suspension

Atas 03 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other misconduct.
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Players may also close their own atas 03 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Once an account closure request is submitted, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days upon completion of identity verification.

Limitation of Liability

The atas 03 platform is provided "as is" and atas 03 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform at any time. atas 03 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond atas 03's control.
• Betting losses incurred by players — betting is a risk-based activity and players accept this risk in full.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the atas 03 platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.

The maximum total liability of atas 03 to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the atas 03 platform — including logos, brand names, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of atas 03 or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any atas 03 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from atas 03. Limited personal use for non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided you do not alter or remove any copyright or trademark notices.

Privacy & Data Protection
